Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the AlphaOS platform. By creating a church or using the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
Who provides the Service
The Service is provided by Vitalii Syrotynskyi, registered sole proprietor (ФОП), tax ID 3573501855, Ukraine (“we”). These Terms are an agreement between you and that party. Questions and claims about these Terms — alpha.platform.os@gmail.com.
Subject matter
Under these Terms Vitalii Syrotynskyi, registered sole proprietor (ФОП), tax ID 3573501855, Ukraine supplies services, not goods: (1) services providing access to the AlphaOS software under the chosen plan; and (2) on separate order, services for the registration and renewal of a domain name with the relevant registrar. A domain name is not merchandise and does not become our property: we act on the church's instructions and in its interest, and the rights to the domain name belong to the church as the registrant. The same wording is used in invoices, acts of services rendered and the payment purpose.
Domain name: ownership and transfer
If you ordered domain registration from us:
- the domain belongs to the church. We act as an intermediary on your instructions: we register and renew the name with the registrar, but acquire no rights to it;
- for technical reasons the domain is held in our reseller account at the registrar while you use the Service;
- you may take the domain away at any time — on request and free of charge. Write to us and within 10 business days we will transfer the name to a registrar account of your choosing, or provide the transfer (auth/EPP) code so you can move it to any other registrar;
- the transfer does not depend on the reason and needs no explanation. We do not hold a domain as leverage — neither when you cancel a plan nor during a dispute;
- the only condition is a paid registration period: if the domain has already expired, the registration must first be renewed (through us, or by you after the transfer);
- after the transfer, renewing the domain becomes your responsibility: we will no longer be able to renew it, and a site on that name will stop working if you do not renew it.
Definitions
“Service” means the AlphaOS platform: a public church website, a management system (ChMS) and, on the Pro plan, an AI studio. “Church” means the customer organization that creates a workspace (tenant). “User” means a person with access to a church’s console. “Content” means the data and materials you enter.
Acceptance and changes
By using the Service you agree to these Terms. We may update them; we will announce material changes in advance (in the console or by email). Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.
Eligibility and account
You must be of legal age and capacity to enter a contract. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, for the actions of all of your church’s users, and for the confidentiality of passwords. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
The Service
We provide a public church website, a management system and (on Pro) an AI studio. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued over time to improve the Service. AI features equip the minister (drafts, design, study materials) and do not create final spiritual content in your place.
License to use
While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service for your church’s purposes. You may not resell, rent, or copy the platform.
Acceptable use
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- enter unlawful, harmful or infringing content;
- violate the privacy or rights of others;
- attempt to breach, overload or circumvent the Service’s security;
- use the Service to send spam;
- you are responsible for the lawfulness and accuracy of Content and for obtaining any required consents.
Your Content and data
Your church’s Content and data remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process them solely to provide the Service. Processing of personal data you enter as controller is governed by our Privacy Policy (processor terms — a DPA — are available on request).
Splitting recordings into tracks (AI stems)
This feature splits a recording that you uploaded yourself into separate tracks (vocals, instruments). If the recording belongs to third parties (authors, performers, labels), you use the result only for private rehearsal within your team: you do not publish, distribute or use it commercially unless you hold the rights to do so. Your church is responsible for the lawful use of the recordings and the result. We do not download or split audio from YouTube or other services.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Service, we may use them freely to improve the product without any obligation to you.
Intellectual property
The platform, its code, design and brand are ours. These Terms grant you no rights to them other than the right to use the Service in accordance with the Terms.
Third-party services
The Service may include integrations with or links to third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Plans, billing and taxes
Billing terms:
- Basic, Standard and Pro plans are available with monthly or yearly billing in advance;
- subscriptions renew automatically each month or each year, depending on the chosen billing period, until you cancel;
- prices may change, with advance notice;
- you are responsible for applicable taxes unless stated otherwise;
- you may change or cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the paid period.
Trials and refunds
A new church gets a free trial (by default 30 days at the Standard tier); no payment details are required for it. The exact length and tier are shown at sign-up. When the trial ends and no plan has been activated, the account becomes read-only: data is not deleted and stays visible and downloadable, but creating and changing records stops. Unless required by applicable law, paid periods are non-refundable; you simply are not charged for periods after cancellation.
Confidentiality
Each party protects the other’s non-public information received in connection with the Service and uses it only to perform these Terms.
Availability
We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occur; for significant ones we will try to give advance notice.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, a security risk, or non-payment. After termination we will provide a reasonable window (typically 30 days) to export your data, after which we may delete it.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data or profit. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event. Export important data regularly.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us for reasonable losses arising from your breach of these Terms or from the unlawfulness of Content you entered.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, war, infrastructure outages, etc.).
General
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between us.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of our place of registration, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
