Our story
AlphaOS didn’t start as a product — it started as help for one church. Here’s how it grew into a platform for many.
One church
The “Alpha” church had just been planted. Uzhhorod, a young community, a few dozen people — and immediately all the usual needs: a website you are not ashamed to bring a guest to, and a way to keep people, groups, ministries and finances in order. We looked for something ready-made. Some cost as much as a minister’s salary. Others were English-only. The rest looked fine right up until real work began.
A tool for ourselves
So we built what was needed: a public site and a small management console. Nothing extra — so that ministers spend their evenings on people, not on spreadsheets.
The same problem everywhere
The more we built, the clearer it became: almost every small church lives with this. What is missing is not the will to serve. What is missing is a simple, deep tool that does not cost a separate salary.
So we opened it up
Not a website builder, but a system where a church runs people, groups, ministries and finances. A QR hub that gathers everything into one link. An AI studio that prepares material for content, slides and Bible study. The message stays with the minister.
Today
Alpha runs its people, groups, ministries and finances on AlphaOS. Other churches are alongside it. We keep building with the conviction we started with: a church deserves a tool worthy of its ministry.
What we believe
Depth, not a “minimum”
We build every module properly — so it’s actually used every day, not just there for show.
Ministry over administration
Technology should free up time for people. Less routine — more ministry.
Equip, don’t replace
Especially in preaching: AI provides study material, but the word stays with the minister.
Built to serve wider
We started with one church, but we build so the platform can serve communities everywhere.
